While working in tech, Suzy adeptly navigated the highly competitive Silicon Valley real estate market, buying and selling residential properties in a notoriously low-inventory environment that often spawned fierce bidding wars, without ever losing sight of the most important factor driving these transactions: the human component, and the desire to live in a loving, nurturing home. She understands the highs and lows of negotiating, making, and closing deals while keeping it all in perspective.
She now brings her business savvy and passion for real estate to her hometown, Bethesda. As she was never afraid to sway a tech executive from a poor business decision, Suzy advises her clients with honesty and integrity, keeping their best interest foremost in her mind. Her ability to listen and understand client’s needs and lifestyles, paired with her negotiation skills and deep knowledge of the local DMV area set her apart.
