Cara has been in the real estate business for 20 years, so she knows what needs to happen for a successful sale. With that knowledge, she has built her team to support our clients and sell their homes as quickly and smoothly as possible. 

Part of being an agent is also being a confidant, therapist, and many other roles; the Cara Pearlman Group has the structure in place to handle that and anything else. Not only do we have all of Cara’s years of experience, but we have four other stellar agents on our side. This means we have more knowledge to pull from and more eyes and ears in the market looking to help our clients. Caitlin, Jen, TJ, and Heather are all very familiar with the DMV and what the market has to offer. 

Behind the scenes, we have a team that is consistently keeping this in order and moving along so that our agents can focus on our clients. Cada, our Director of Operations, is the backbone of our team, she knows what is going on at all times and keeps us on track. Cathryn, our Listings and Marketing Coordinator, works directly with our clients while prepping for the market and will make all of the marketing materials to get the word out about what we offer to the local market. Lastly, Mikka, our team assistant, supports Cada and Cathryn to facilitate tasks on the back end ensuring that the entire selling process is seamless.
