Cannot recommend Cara and her team enough!  We’ve used Cara since 2015 and she never disappoints.  My husband and I just purchased a home in DC and ran into multiple bumps during the process.  There’s no way we would have closed the deal if it weren’t for Cara’s extra time, effort and industry knowledge.  It’s no exaggeration when I say she worked double duty to get us to the finish line.  She coordinated and had her team oversee work of contractors hired to make the necessary repairs and fought to make sure we were able to close in under 30 days.  Before making an offer on our home, her associate, TJ, met us at multiple properties, multiple times and never, ever lost patience.  Their goal was to make sure we ended up in a home that we loved and they guided us through the process in a way that limited our stress as much as possible.  Once we made the offer, the Director of Ops, Cada, was in touch regularly to make sure we had everything we needed to get to close and to answer any questions/provide updates. If you want to work with an agent who is extremely knowledgeable, will fight for you and keep it real during stressful and often emotional times, you won’t find a team more suited for the job than Cara’s!
