Cara was referred to us by a colleague of my husband when my husband and I were planning to sell our house. Very positive experience with Cara. First time homebuyers so we wanted someone who could hold our hand a bit and be our encyclopedia - Cara is that! She’s showed she knows MoCo like the back of her hand. Helped us out with our negotiations. She had a great list of vendors too, which made inspection, lending, renovations and the rest of closing very easy. She clearly cares about her clients and we’d recommend without reservation.
