We had two kids in a very old, 1,300 sf house. We loved the neighborhood we were in, but knew we needed more space. We had high expectations because of how much we loved our existing neighborhood. Cara helped us with inspections, lease back to sellers and even negotiating the purchase of some of the furniture owned by seller. We were terrified of a long, difficult process because of the horror stories we had been hearing, but we got exactly what we wanted at a price we could afford.
